Baseball Card & Gift Set

This FAQ page describes the Baseball Card and Gift Set packages available for most major league teams!

With the popularity of my 500 Count Baseball Card collection,  I have had many requests from customers looking for something a little "extra" besides the baseball cards as a gift.   Well I have finally put together a great baseball card and gift set which should please any baseball fan / card collector out there.    These packages are all put together by team,  so this makes the ideal gift for any baseball fan in your life.  Of course if you wish to treat yourself to some fun,  this package is for you too!

My packages start priced between $24.99 - $34.99,  prices for each team varies and are listed on the bottom of this page.  Shipping charges will vary according to your Zip Code!  Go out on the internet and do a search for "baseball card gift set" and see how much they are being sold for elsewhere, if you can find them at all!   Here is what I am including in my gift sets:

1.  250 Different Baseball Cards of your favorite team!

I have included many different brands of baseball cards in this collection.  You will get cards from well known brands such as  Topps, Upper Deck, Fleer, Donruss, Score, Stadium Club, Finest, Leaf, Fleer Ultra and more!  I can't even begin to list some of the premium cards that you might find here.  They are loaded with Stars, Minor Stars, Rookies and everyday players.  Years will range from the 1980's through today, with possibility of cards from the 70's as well.  If you went to a card store in your area,  how much would commons alone cost of your team?  Anywhere from .10 - .25 each!  That's not even including the stars and minor stars which would set you back even further!   Cards are mostly NM condition, cards from 70's are in Ex+ - NM condition due to age.

2.  A recent team set!

I will also include a team set from within the past 1-3 years.  Again, go to your local card store and see what the are selling these team sets for, if they even carry them in stock at all!  Here in the New York area,  more recent Yankees and Mets team sets commonly are sold for between $10-$20 EACH at local card stores.  Why pay more?

3. A Game Used or Autograph Insert Card!

You will also get either a Game Used relic card or an Autograph Card with your package as well.  Of course the player on the card will be a player from your team.  How many countless packs of cards have you opened before you got your first GU/Auto card and then it was of a player from a team you had no interest in?   Everybody loves these insert cards and this makes an excellent addition to the gift set!

4.  A Mini-Pennant of your team!

This is a mini-pennant of your favorite team.  The pennant is about 9 inches long and the perfect item to hang from your room or office without taking up a lot of space! Measures 9"  in length 4" height.   These are very hard to find as they are usually sold in complete 30 pennant packs of all MLB teams.  Do you really want to buy a pack of 30 pennants just to get your favorite team?

5.  A Riddell Pocket Pro Batting Helmet!

This is a mini-helmet of your favorite team that comes with a  little plastic stand to proudly display the helmet.  To gauge the size of the helmet,  just refer to the picture above!

6.  Lastly,  your package comes in a 500 Count Baseball card box holder!

Unlike other vendors who would just slap a mailing label on the box and send it on its way,  I send you the box decorated with labels so it is already to be gift wrapped if you plan on giving it as a gift!  So no need to have to go out and buy a new box as this one is all set to keep the collection in!   When I mail the box,  I wrap the outside of the box with brown Kraft paper, tape it up and send it on its way.   This way your gift remains discreetly covered up until it is time to present it.

NOTICE (Jan 23, 2013) - I have just recently learned that Riddell has stopped making the MLB Pocket Pro helmets, so for the time being,  the Gift Sets are limited to what I have on hand.  Once these are sold out, I cannot make anymore until I find a suitable replacement for the helmet.
