1974 Topps Baseball Card Team Sets
(Includes 1974 Traded cards too!)

Here are the Baseball Team Sets I have for sale from the very popular classic 1974 Topps Baseball Set.  These cards are in remarkable condition for being over 33 years old (solid EX+ to Near Mint condition) and as good as your going to find outside of a complete Mint team set.  My 1974 Team sets also include the Traded cards that were issued for that set and if your team had traded cards printed, then they are included with the team set! 

Plus each team sets comes with the hard to find un-numbered team checklists that have the facsimile player signatures on the front of the card!  Each checklist comes unmarked!

Team Set Card Condition

All of my 1974 Topps Baseball Team Sets that I have for sale consist of cards that are in Ex+ to NrMt condition.  Most team sets will be split 50/50 on this type of conditioning.  All Team Checklists are unmarked and in NrMt condition.  The corners on 85% of all cards are sharp and show no signs of wear.  The common types of flaws that you may find on some of the cards are the following:  Off-centering, rough edges and print marks, which are typical from the Topps issued cards of the 70's.  The cards have clean fronts and backs, no wax stains are present.

In the team lists below, you can click on the team you are interested in to see the cards that are in the team set and a good idea of the condition of the cards you are getting.  If you want to see cards in a closer view,  I can accommodate your request.  Just let me know and I will get pictures in a closer view and place them on my preview pictures page.   Remember,  you are the one purchasing the cards and I want you to be happy with your purchase from me.  What you see is what you get.

Cards that are not included with the Team Sets

There are several types of subset cards from the 1974 Topps Set that are not included in the team sets.  These cards are listed below.  However,  I am offering the individual subsets for sale with the price listed by each item.

   Hank Aaron Special Tribute Cards (#1-6)

  Since Aaron was a Brave for his career,  his cards would normally be included in the Braves Team set.  However, due to the Book Value of these cards,  I would have to increase the cost of my 74 Topps Braves Set substantially. 

 I am offering card #1 (Aaron HR King Card) for $20 and cards #2-6 (Aaron Special) for $4 each. 
 If you wish to purchase the entire subset (cards #1-6), the cost will be $35,  a $5 savings over purchasing each card individually.

League Leader Cards (#201-208) and All Star Cards (#331-339)

These cards are not included because the players listed on each card played for different Teams. 
 If you wish to purchase the entire League Leaders subset of 8 cards, the cost will be $17.50
If you wish to purchase the entire All-Stars subset of 9 cards, the cost will be $15

Special - You can purchase both of the League Leaders and the All-Stars subsets for $27.50

And Most Importantly .......
The Rookie Cards Position Player Cards (#596-608)
They have 4 Players from different team listed on them.  But they also show up on the Team Card Checklist!

   


As you can see,  Dave Augustine is included on the Team Card checklist, but is on a card (#598) that features Rookie Cards from 3 other teams.  Thus, Rookie Cards will not be included with the team set as I cannot divide one card into 4 team sets. Please be aware of this before you purchase your 1974 Topps Team Set.

Note:  The cards in the pictures are the actual cards you will get.  They do not have "www.chuckscards.com" printed on them.  This is just a watermark for the photographs to prevent a few bad apples from trying to link to my pictures while claiming them as their own.  Also, the reflection of the flash might give some cards the appearance of bright dots.  These are not on the card but a reflection off the gloss of the card itself.
